Craigslea State School enjoys a high standard of student behaviour, creating fun and safe playground environments and allowing effective teaching to occur in the classrooms. The school’s ‘Student Leader’ program promotes this caring climate with older students actively caring for those younger than themselves.
Craigslea also embraces the diversity that exists within its school community. Children enrolled in the school have the opportunity to make friends with children from across the globe. Boys and girls learn to respect one another by working together in class activities on a daily basis. Children learn about supporting the needs of others, particularly students who have a disability who are members of many of the classes.
