Welcome to Our Tuckshop

Our school tuckshop provides fresh, affordable food options for students while supporting healthy eating habits and contributing to P&C initiatives. Conveniently located next to the administration building, the tuckshop is a valued service for both students and families.

Operating Hours

The tuckshop is open Monday to Friday during school terms:

  • 1st Break: Open for pre-ordered items and limited over-the-counter sales
  • 2nd Break: Open for pre-ordered items and selected over-the-counter purchases

Ordering

The tuckshop uses an online ordering system to ensure efficient service and accurate preparation of student orders.

  • Preferred Method: Online via Munch Monitor
  • Order Deadline:
    • Orders must be placed by 9:00 am on the day
    • Orders can be cancelled before 9:00 am if your child is absent

Over-the-Counter Sales

Year 1–Year 6 students:

  • 1st Break: Drinks and fresh fruit
  • 2nd Break (Mon–Thurs): Frozen treats, drinks, snacks
  • 2nd Break (Fri): Quelch ice blocks only

Supporting Students

The tuckshop is committed to ensuring all students have access to food during the school day.

  • A Pay-It-Forward account is available through Munch Monitor
  • Donations are used to support students who may not have lunch
  • Free fruit is also available to students, funded by the P&C

Families can also support broader school initiatives by donating to P&C fundraising events through the School Shop section of Munch Monitor.

Our tuckshop relies on the support of volunteers to operate successfully.

Volunteering is a great way to:

  • Connect with other families
  • Support an important school service
  • Contribute to your child's school community

Student Volunteers

Year 6 students have the opportunity to volunteer in the tuckshop during second break, helping to serve students and build valuable skills in responsibility and teamwork.

Welcome to Our Uniform Shop & Bookshop

The Uniform Shop and Bookshop provide convenient, affordable access to essential school items, helping families prepare for each school year while supporting P&C initiatives.

The school dress code reflects community expectations for safety, inclusion and affordability.

Uniform Shop Hours

  • Monday: 8:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Wednesday: 8:30 am – 9:30 am
  • Friday: 8:30 am – 9:30 am

Additional extended hours are offered during the Back-to-School period in January to support families preparing for the new school year.

​Second-Hand Uniforms

The Uniform Shop offers a sustainable and cost-effective second-hand uniform program.

Families can:

  • Donate uniforms – All proceeds support P&C fundraising initiatives that benefit the school
  • Sell on consignment – Items can be sold on your behalf, with a small commission retained

This program helps reduce costs for families while supporting the wider school community.

Uniform Recycling

Uniform items that are no longer suitable for resale can still be responsibly managed.

  • Worn or damaged uniforms can be donated for recycling
  • This supports environmentally responsible practices within our school community

School Booklists

Each year, families are provided with a detailed booklist outlining the required learning resources for the following school year.

Booklists include:

  • Required stationery supplies
  • Learning materials specific to each year level
  • Clear instructions for online ordering

Ordering

The Bookshop operates through an online ordering portal to streamline the back-to-school process.

  • The portal opens in early Term 4 each year
  • Orders are delivered directly to home addresses
  • School collection is not available

Ordering through the official portal:

  • Ensures all required items are ready for the start of the school year
  • Supports the P&C and its contributions to the school community

Instrumental Music Consumables

The Bookshop stocks a convenient range of instrumental music consumables to support students in the school's music program. We carry essential items for:

  • Brass instruments
  • Woodwind instruments
  • String instruments

​​This service helps families quickly access what they need without the need to visit a music shop—especially useful when items are required urgently for rehearsals or performances.

Purchasing is simple:

  • Order via Munch Monitor
  • Items are delivered directly to your child through their music teacher

If you require an item that is not currently stocked, we are happy to help source it where possible.
